The illustrator: Francesco Ghersina was born in the countryside near Florence. He studied Graphic Design at Art School in Florence and Illustration at the International School of Comics.

He moved to London in 2008 and started to work as a freelance Illustrator.

Francesco creates his images with traditional pencil and colours them with a Wacom Pen & Tablet, recreating an "hand-made" effect on the computer.

His work is a mix of traditional and digital illustration with the best aspects from both of them - bright and modern digitals colours but with a human touch created with brushes and textures.
